My Role
I led the design of the web and mobile platforms, creating intuitive ordering flows for restaurants and scalable management tools for suppliers. My work also included building a design system to unify the experience and ensure scalability as the product grew.
Challenges
The biggest challenge was designing for two very different user groups—restaurants and suppliers—while keeping the experience simple, fast, and trustworthy.
Solutions
I designed streamlined ordering workflows for restaurants, simplified inventory and order management for suppliers, and built a robust design system to unify all product experiences.
Impact
KASO grew to over 8,000 users and processed millions in orders within two years. The product proved how design can reshape traditional industries and drive adoption at scale.
