My Role
I led the full design scope for iOS and Android, from wireframes to final delivery. This included creating a modular design system, designing booking and scheduling flows, building subscription and maid hiring features, and crafting custom 3D illustrations to strengthen the brand.
Challenges
The main challenges were handling complex booking flows across multiple service types, building user trust for sensitive services such as maid hiring, and ensuring flexibility for both one-time and recurring bookings.
Solutions
I introduced guided step-by-step booking flows to simplify the process, designed transparent profiles for cleaners and maids with ratings and availability, and developed a scalable design system to support future services. Custom 3D visuals were added to give the app a friendly yet professional identity.
Impact
The final product was a launch-ready mobile app with an intuitive user experience, stronger trust in booking flows, and a flexible design system that positioned Right Hands for long-term growth.
